Titanfall is a competitive multiplayer-only first-person shooter in which two teams fight it out across many different maps and several various modes. The presentation is polished to a satisfying degree resulting in a fairly constant, high frame rate throughout the game. The movement system, while impressively complex, is so well designed and executed that using it is intuitive and easy to understand. It’s a point that easy to overlook until you look at other games that attempt to allow you to do half of what Titanfall 2 does with much less success.

For whatever reason this game has drawn a lot of false reviews…most likely placements from competitors. I played the Alpha, Beta and just got through playing 3 straight hours of custom games where you can be the monster and still chat with your friends and me and my friends had a blast!! The matchmaking is fast, the maps are great, the gameplay is fluid, the various roles complement each other very well.
It is true you must like cooperative, team-based play because that is what this game is all about.
